is the Superego in the Cyberspace?”
This article aims to fi nd alternatives for the development of superego
in cyberspace. This is a necessity since human behavior in the digital
age chronosystem causing a different interactions in their microsystems,
mesosystem, exosystem and macrosystem. The ecological theory by
Bronfenbrenner should be reviewed and enclosed cyberspace in the daily
lives of individuals as proposed by Eaton (2014) in his dissertation. By
using the four layer characteristics of the virtual world by Clark (2010),
the authors suggested that the laws and regulations in using hardware
should be applied at the level of the physical layer. Creating network
architectures which is capable of putting the constitution clearly in the
virtual world should also be applied at the logical and informational
layer. Through these propositions, the superego is expected to have the
opportunity to thrive in cyberspace, as well as the id and the ego.
